THE GOOD OL' DAYS Former friends Julius Malema and Fikile Mbalula

Economic Freedom Fighters leader Julius Malema and Minister of Sport and Recreation Fikile Mbalula have never quite exchanged peaceful words on social media.

Here are some of their most memorable twitter wars that kept us glued to our screens.

Malema: “Mbalula can do anything for position. People who prioritise position over everything else are very dangerous (sic).”

Mbalula: “Malema enjoys playing the man. When politics fail him. He harass and victimise everyone who support the ANC &the makes them feel guilty (sic).”

Malema: “Hope @MbalulaFikile will also confirm that he was offered the sports ministry by the Gupta’s & unlike Jonas he accepted it& complained later (sic).”

Mbalula: “@Julius_S_Malema I am not accountable to you,and your party please get it right (sic)”.

Malema: “@MbalulaFikile you are accountable to South Africans, stop being a coward. You love a position more than the country, history will judge you (sic).”

Mbalula: “Remember @Julius_S_Malema I defended you in the ANC against expulsion. You knew that time I wasn’t a coward. History will absolve me (sic).”

Malema: “Mbalula called me from the mountain to say I must not participate in that process to remove Mbeki (sic)”
