An eyewitness filmed a cash-in-transit heist on Tuesday, which allegedly took place on the N4 near Crocodile Gorge.
According to the Lowvelder, +-10 suspects, driving in four vehicles, opened fire at a Fidelity Security armoured bakkie.
The bakkie was from Malalane, and heading towards Mbombela, until it came to halt. During the heist (and while a passenger in the observing vehicle was trying to notify law enforcement), the cash-in-transit vehicle explodes.
