Anti-apartheid struggle veteran, Rivonia Trialist, Robben Island prisoner, parliamentary counsellor to former president Nelson Mandela and a historian – the life of Ahmed Kathrada was nothing short of revolutionary.
We compiled photographs of the life of one of South Africa’s greatest struggle icons.
