Former president Thabo Mbeki says those who made allegations of corruption in the arms deal are unable to substantiate the allegation.
He also called on people to stop calling it an "arms deal", it was a "defence procurement".
Mbeki was addressing the media at The Thabo Mbeki Foundation in Johannesburg today, following the release of the report of the commission of inquiry into the arms deal.
President Jacob Zuma released the report last week and said there was no fraud.
