Traditional kidswear that matches yours

accreditation

P&H Boutique is known as a great spot to get the kind of modern traditional wear that celebrates your heritage and still looks chic. Now it’s offering options for kids too.

Moms and dads want their kidlets to look as great as they do – and now traditional clothing retailer P&H Boutique is offering a line for those aged two to 12 years. The adorable items were revealed recently at the Tammy Taylor Mrs South Africa Fashion Show at Menlyn Shopping Centre in Pretoria, with kid models strutting their stuff holding hands with the Mrs SA finalists.

“The launch of the children’s range comes right in time for the festive season and weddings where parents often choose to match outfits with their children,” says the brand.

The line consists of shweshwe cloth skirts, dresses and shirts and are relatively affordable. Skirts go for R350, dresses for R550 and shirts for R550. Shweshwe-based fashion lines for kids are becoming more popular, with Buttermilk, Shweshwe
Baby and Makotis Africa all offering tradional-inspired clothing.

  • Find P&H Boutiques at the following malls: Cresta (Joburg), Menlyn (Pretoria), East Rand (East Rand), Savannah (Polokwane) and Riverside (Nelspruit)

Moja Love's drug-busting show, Sizokuthola, is back in hot water after its presenter, Xolani Maphanga's assault charges of an elderly woman suspected of dealing in drugs upgraded to attempted murder. In 2023, his predecessor, Xolani Khumalo, was nabbed for the alleged murder of a suspected drug dealer. What's your take on this?
