Curried chicken feet
Serves 4
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 30 minutes

INGREDIENTS
500 g chicken feet 
1 cup boiling water
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp curry powder
1 tomato, peeled and grated
Salt, to taste

METHOD
Soak chicken feet in hot water for 2 minutes. Remove scales from the feet and transfer the cleaned feet to a saucepan. Add water, turmeric, curry powder, tomato and salt. Stir. Cook over medium heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Turn heat down to low and simmer to thicken sauce. Serve with pap.
