The Nasrec Expo Centre was the place to be on Saturday night when the Ultra music festival hit Johannesburg.

Celebrating its fifth successful year, the festival treated fans to an unforgettable night of dance music.

The most anticipated sets were Swedish duo Axwell Λ Ingrosso, Grammy-nominated DJ & producer Armin van Buuren, Hardwell, Afrojack, Carnage, and South Africa's very own Black Coffee.

Fans were spoiled for choice with four stages catering for the hip-hop, trance, EDM, dubstep and electro house heads.

With a renowned worldwide footprint, Ultra came to South Africa in 2014 and has made a home in Cape Town and Johannesburg.

It has since become one of the longest standing world editions of the Ultra festival, which has its event in 24 countries such as Mexico, Bolivia, Peru, Chile and cities like Miami, Ibiza as well as Europe and Australia.
