Adele Dejak’s bracelets, necklaces and earrings make the heart sing. Bold, authentic and timeless, they’re inspired by African tribes, textiles and other cultural elements. Many of her pieces are created using recycled brass and are all handcrafted – giving them an organic, but sophisticated look.
Dejak has become somewhat of a poster child for African luxury, creating work that’s been sold, exhibited and featured in ad campaigns all over the world.
From articles in Vogue Italia to collaborating with Italian tour de force Salvatore Ferragamo, Dejak has been among a group of designers that have been pivotal in proving that African design is valuable and can compete with the best in the world.

Dejak’s work will be sold at Sanlam Handmade Contemporary this year – a weekend when the Hyde Park Corner rooftop will be transformed into a fair of the finest artisanal food, craft drinks, unique furniture, evocative clothing and much more.
With the theme Well Made in Africa, the wares you’ll find there are all luxurious, trend-setting and – most importantly – made on the continent.
