The former director general of the Department of Justice and Constitutional Development, Nonkululeko Sindane, is expected to give evidence at the commission of inquiry into allegations of state capture on Wednesday.
The commission, chaired by Deputy Chief Justice Raymond Zondo, will also hear testimony from the chief of the South African Air Force, Lieutenant General Msimang, as well as the command post officer at the landing, Sergeant-Major Thabo Ntshisi, and Dirco's senior foreign affairs assistant William Matjila.
On Tuesday, former transport minister Ben Martins gave evidence relating to the Gupta family's controversial plane landing at the Waterkloof Air Force Base in 2013.
